The reservation fee is ₱50,000 which is deducted from your total downpayment. This fee secures your chosen unit and locks in the current price. Once paid, your unit is tagged as "Reserved" in DMCI's system and removed from public inventory. The reservation fee is non-refundable but fully credited to your downpayment.

What are the downpayment terms and payment options?

One South Drive offers flexible payment terms with 0% interest on all downpayment options:
  • Promo Terms: 30% DP spread over 38 months — lowest monthly amortization
  • Regular Terms: 5% Spot + 25% DP with shorter payment periods available
  • Spot Cash: Special discounts for upfront payment
The remaining balance (70%) can be financed through bank loan financing upon turnover.
